California Privacy statement

Last updated October 27, 2026

MachJet is operated by MachJet, LLC.

This statement supplements our Privacy statement for California residents. It describes the current website inquiry workflow. Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), apply where MachJet and the relevant processing are subject to that law; this statement does not assert that MachJet meets its coverage thresholds.

Information and purposes at collection

When you send an inquiry email, the information may include identifiers and contact details (name and email), commercial information (aircraft interests or ownership details), and other information you choose to include in your message. You are the source. These details support your requested response and related correspondence. Email providers process the message to transmit and store it. A website host may separately process network information to deliver and secure the website. Retention considerations are described in our Privacy statement.

Sale, sharing and sensitive information

The current website has no advertising or tracking integration that sells personal information or shares it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not request sensitive personal information or use it to infer characteristics about visitors. Global Privacy Control does not need to disable any such integration in this version. This description concerns the website’s current functionality and is not a representation of unverified historical or offline business practices.

Rights under applicable California law

Where the CCPA applies, and subject to its exceptions, California residents may request to know and access personal information and information about its collection and disclosure; delete personal information; correct inaccuracies; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

How to make a request

Email bmurdock@machjetaviation.com with the subject “California privacy request.” Specify the right you wish to exercise and the email address previously used to contact MachJet. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf; verification of the agent’s authority and, where permitted, your identity may be required. No website account is needed. Do not include sensitive identity documents in an initial email.

For requests to know, delete or correct that are governed by the CCPA, the law generally requires acknowledgement within 10 business days and a substantive response within 45 calendar days, with a permitted extension and notice where applicable. Sale/sharing opt-out and sensitive-information limitation requests have separate timelines, generally no more than 15 business days. Verification and legal exceptions may affect the outcome; a denied request should receive an explanation as required by law.

Other California questions

You may use the same contact to ask about disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing under California’s “Shine the Light” law, where applicable. For information about California privacy rights or complaints, visit the California Privacy Protection Agency.
