Privacy statement

MachJet is operated by MachJet, LLC.

This statement describes the current MachJet website at www.machjetaviation.com and inquiries sent through its email links. For privacy questions or requests, contact bmurdock@machjetaviation.com. Separate transaction documents may provide additional information for a later engagement.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest and message. Your message may include aircraft, business or ownership information. Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in this initial inquiry.

Typing in the form does not submit it to MachJet. “Open email draft” passes the entered information to your email application. MachJet receives it only if you send the email. A downloaded inquiry is saved on your device. The website does not store form entries in cookies or browser storage; your browser or email application may independently retain drafts, autofill entries or downloads.

How inquiry information is used

Information sent to MachJet is used to respond to your request, discuss the services you ask about, maintain relevant correspondence and address legal or security matters. An inquiry is not a subscription to an email marketing list.

Service providers and disclosures

Email transmission and storage involve your email provider and the provider operating MachJet’s mailbox. Once the website is hosted, its hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and secure the site. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to legal obligations or to protect legal rights. This website does not automatically forward form entries to aircraft manufacturers, brokers or advertisers.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current website code sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embedded media or cross-site tracking scripts. It does not implement a sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change this already non-tracking behavior. Hosting services and email providers have their own practices. If tracking or new collection tools are added, this statement must be updated to describe them and applicable choices.

Retention and security

The website itself maintains no database of inquiries. Sent email, replies and any records created during an engagement may remain in correspondence systems. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, any ongoing engagement and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Ask us about a particular record or request deletion using the contact below. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to send an inquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email bmurdock@machjetaviation.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe your request and the email address used for your inquiry. We may need information proportionate to the request to verify your identity; please do not send identification documents unless a secure method is arranged. Applicable law and recordkeeping obligations may limit some requests. California residents should also read the California Privacy statement.

Children

This site is intended for adults conducting aircraft-related business and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us to request its removal.

Changes

Material changes will be identified on this page with a revised date and any additional notice required by law. Review this statement before sending new information.
